Crystal 2013 AppCrash When Accessing Database Links

Using Crystal 2013 on Windows Server 2008 R2.

When creating a new report using wizard and adding multiple Oracle tables/views then select next the application crashes when usually displays links.

Crystal Reports has stopped working

The same is true entering database expert>links from existing report when multiple tables are used. Only seems to affect the table links as can add one table without issue.
