Waiting Time Report

I need to create a report show the average time it takes for a patient to move from the waiting room through different rooms in the clinic until check-out.

The finished report would hopefully allow me to calculate different scenarios such as:

Average time from waiting room to Screening Room 1 for patients who see Dr. Bill Smith in Chicago.

OR

Average time from waiting room to Exam Room 3 (which would involve 2-3 other waiting times in other rooms in the database)

OR

Average time for a patient’s complete visit in our Chicago office (includes about 5 rooms)

**Also, I would like the option to export data as a timeline.

Example:  Timeline of a typical patient's visit in our Chicago office (showing average waiting times from room to room)

The database I have been given to work with is an Excel spreadsheet (jpg file attached - with fake data)

This Crystal Report appears more advanced than anything I have done yet, so I am unsure how to even begin to structure the report.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
