I am using Crystal Reports with the E2 Shoptech System and I'm having a problem pulling information onto a report. I know the Crystal Report team isn't very familiar with E2, but I'm hoping someone might know some possibilities as to why I'm having this problem. When I run a report in E2 the information I want pulled over is duplicated multiple times depending on how many items I have in the list (2 items= 2 duplicates, 3 items= 3 duplicates, etc.) What are some potential causes to this issue? I've tried removing fields one by one, but even with no fields on the report there are still duplicate lines for them. Could this be a data-linking issue or a database location issue?
