Two groups mixed in the same report - why?

I am currently creating a report for one of my clients. I have created several groups that show a summary of all my amounts and then a subtotal of these amounts. My issue is that I one of the group footers seems to appear below the subtotal, and doesn't include it in the subtotal - even though they are in the same group.

How can I fix this?

Crystal Reports XI (11.5.12.1838)

Windows 8.1 Pro

My "Expense" line appears outside the subtotal.

Although it is also part of "Group Footer 7"

Any help is appreciated.
