Dear Software Support,
I have experienced difficulty in installing the newly purchase Crystal Report s 2011SP9. I have been using the Crystal Reports 2010 before the installation.
I thought the new installation would replace the old one automatically and did not attempt to uninstall the CR 2010 before starting installation of CR2011. The application was installed successfully though and I was able to use it the first day CR2011 was installed on 12/10/14. However, the Crystal Report 2011 stopped running the next day and the computer was frozen.
I uninstalled the 2011 and then the 2010, rebooted the computer and reinstalled the 2011 Crystal Report. I was unable to finish the process this time because I got the following errors. Please advise me what I should do next. Thank you very much.
