Crystal reports 2008 or 2011 with ECC system

Hello,

I need some information regarding Crystal report. Client is already having SAP ECC system and not sure of the version at the moment. They want the reports to be developed in Crystal report. My question is whether Crystal report 2008 or 2011 comes default with SAP Netweaver or Client should buy an license with SAP BOBJ. Kindly correct me if my question is wrong any where.
