We have an issue with Crystal Report Viewer 13 failing to open. We installed Crystal Reports Viewer 13 successfully. We can successfully launch the application from the default local admin account. When we join the computer to the domain, Crystal Reports Viewer tries to open but fails. We can see the Crystal Reports Viewer splash screen, but then it quits immediately. If we switch back to the default local admin, we can still open the viewer application successfully. The domain user is a member of local admin group. We tried using another local admin account to open Crystal Report Viewer and it also fails to open. Same problem as domain user account. The computer is 64 bit running Windows 7.
