ODBC connection, csv and UTF8 encoding problems

Hello,

I have some problem with UTF8 encoded CSV.

I create an ODBC System DSN Connection like schema.jpg

I've tried both OEM and ANSI Characters.

The bilpreventrateit2016.csv file is exported from SAS Enterprise Guide with UTF8 encoding.

Some characters are not fine encoded

This is CR Output:

TIPOLOGIA 200: PROVENTI DERIVANTI DALL'ATTIVITÀ DI CONTROLLO E REPRESSIONE DELLE IRREGOLARITÀ E DEGLI ILLECITI

but in the csv file is:

TIPOLOGIA 200: PROVENTI DERIVANTI DALL'ATTIVITÀ DI CONTROLLO E REPRESSIONE DELLE IRREGOLARITÀ E DEGLI ILLECITI

What should I do to have a right output in CR?
