Exporting a report with no data, as CSV from Crystal report (designer), producing a csv file with commas on first line instead of producing blank file

Hi,

We are using Crystal Reports 2008 (Designer) version 12.3.0.601 to design our reports. When we export the details section from report, while having no data available for the report, produces a file with commas on first line like:

,,,,,,,,,,,,,

We are using the usual File->Export option.

We need some help to make sure if we are doing some thing wrong or is it a crystal defect. Also if there is some way to override this behavior.
