how to compare data from ad and sql

I want to compare confiuarion items from ad:

'LDAP://OU=Standaard,OU=Workstations,DC=domein1,DC=lan'

and

Select EqmIdfromEquipmentwhereStatusbetween 0 and 16

Now I want to know the which and how many Items are in Ad but not in Sql, which and how many Items Are sql but not in Ad
