Does Crystal reports suit my needs?

Hy, i'm a Linux PHP developer and my client needs a report engine for his web system.

I've heard a lot about SAP Crystal reports and i'm here to ask you guys the following =)

1. Can i setup Crystal Reports in a linux/PHP server?
2. If so, is there any special requirements? (jdk, tomcat etc)
3. Can i make a server request and generate a report (fill a previously made template with data) dynamically and show it on a web browser?
4. Can i establish a connection between a desktop app and a server app of Crystal Report? (for syncing reasons)

Please, help me! hahahha
