We have two applications which use Crystal Reports (Sage 300 ERP using CR 2011 runtime and Adagio using CR 2013 runtime). When we updated the Sage 300, it broke the crystal reports for the Adagio application. Running the CR 2013 install that is part of the Adagio distribution didn't solve the problem. So, my questions are:
1. Can the runtimes for CR 2011 and CR 2013 be installed on the same machine at the same time, and operate properly?
2. Is there a way to force the CR 2013 runtime to install, even if it sees remnants of an old installation in place? I think that might be the way to fix this problem, assuming the previous question doesn't prevent it.
