Application: Crystal Reports 2013
and Outlook 2010
PC: Windows 7 64bit
We are trying to generate reports from monthly task folders in Outlook but
Crystal Reports is not connecting to the task folder in all public folders.
In one instance Crystal Reports did recognize the Outlook profile and allowed me
to navigate to the task folder, which we wanted to generate the report from.
However, after selecting the task folder, Crystal Reports returns with
"...no items found" under the new Outlook connection. These task folders
contain hundreds of entries.
These reports worked previously in Outlook 2002/2003 with Crystal Report XI.
Can you please assist in figuring out why Crystal Reports refuses to generate the data from the task folder into a
report.
Thanks
Lois Benjamin
