Dear Experts,
I am using Crystal Report 9 in Visual Foxpro system. When one of my client tries to export the report to PDF, the file saved successfully. But when i tried to open the file using Adobve Reader it is unable to open the report saying cannot read the file. When I checked the exported file it was 0 KB in size.
Client machine is Windows 7 and 64 bit OS. This export is working fine in all other machines
Any idea why this issue is happening?
