Charts: max value for OY

I have problem with charts.

I have some data (arrays) for:

• PLAN days and depth.
• FACT days and depth.

All arrays for plan and fast are differents and therefore I cannot use one chart.

I created 2 charts for each data and placed one above the other. The top chart is transparent.

I fixed OX in settings 0 - 5000, but now i cannot fixed OY.

I decided to create a max value for OY and add to each charts. But I did not see this line on charts. Why and how can I fixed OY (days)?
