Err:1429 report OLE IDisplatch exception code 0 from Crystal Reports ActiveX Designer

I am using Crystal 11.  I am trying to save a file from Crystal to PDF format.  I get the following message:

Err:1429 report OLE IDispatch exception code ) from Crystal Reports ActiveX Designer:  Failed to export the report.

..line: 1111 error. Version:11.0.0.1396

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
