JNDI datasource for Active Directory

Is possible connect CRM 2013 with Microsoft Active Directory as datasource?

Wich jndi driver i need install?

I'm working with CA Identity Manager and this product having a embebed version of Business Objects for view reports.

I'm creating new reports with Crystal Reports 2013. And Now I need connecting with Active Directory to get user accounts data.
