SAP Crystal Reports 32-Bit/64-Bit VS 2010 Failed to load database information

We recently deployed a ClickOnce app to 64-bit PC's.  Now a random set of .rpt's generate an error 'Failed to load database information File rptName.rpt {...numbers here }.rpt Failed to load database information.

rpt1.rpt will work.

rpt2.rpt will not work.

I added this code to ensure data is returned:  Me.mdsData.Tables(0).WriteXml("C:\CCM\xmlCM.xml", XmlWriteMode.WriteSchema)  Data is returned.

We moved to 2012 servers from 2003 servers.  Existing 32-bit PC's can run all the reports even after installing from the new servers, but new 64-bit PC's can't generate certain reports.

Any help would be appreciated.  This is beyond frustrating.

Regards,

Kevin

ps. Dev PC is Win 7 64-bit and VS2010.
