I am trying to format a cross table report where the data is output in a stair step. The null spaces should not have boarders. I am very close to having it correct except for a cell formting alignment bug.
The page with cell margins turned off and the format grid lines on.
Turning the inside grid lines off and conditional turning the cell boarders on. This is very close to what is desired but the cell formatting and alignment is incorrect.
A blow up of the incorrect formatting. All cells should be the same size. The boarders and grid lines must line up.
