Error while editing CR Layout - "error while connecting to SAP Crystal Reports 2011, check that SAP Crystal reports 2011 was installed correctly"

Thank you in advance for the assistance.

I have SAP Business One 9.0 client along with Crystal Reports 2011 installed on the server. I recently installed the Crystal Reports Client on my PC and it opens file I can use the actual program.

When going into SAP and editing a specific CR Layout I receive "error while connecting to SAP Crystal Reports 2011; check that SAP Crystal reports 2011 was installed correctly". Really stuck here, this Crystal Reports has been a nightmare to get working from the beginning, any help is greatly appreciated.
