We have Crystal Reports 2013 Service Pack 5 running here under Windows 7 x64.
We are trying to create a report with photos from people working in our organization. The photos pulled from a rest web service. The problem is that some photos are working, others not. The system only pulls 12 to 15 photos and the rest remain with the default photo. The problem is not related to the photos themselves because if I reverse the order of sorting, 12 to 15 photos are shown.
I tried also to pull the photos directly from a web server via HTTP. We observed the same issue there.
It only works as expected if the photos are located either on a local or network drive mapped in the system.
Is there any limitation concerning HTTP request per report or are we just missing something?
I also deployed the report to our SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform v14 and tried to generate the report. The result was the same as if the report run locally.
