How to copy/paste Word exported content?

Hello,

I use Crystal Report v2008. If I export my report to Word I cannot easily copy/paste my Cross-Tab table to another Word document.Specifically I cannot mark the report Cross-Tab table fully and then copy it's formatting elements to the other Word document.

How can I copy/paste Word exported Word content to another Word document easily?

If that's not possible we have to export the report to excel and then copy it to Word and then format (colour, bold headers) the resulting Cross-Tab manually which will be very time consuming.
